Ipets Engineering Limited was founded with a vision to provide world-class engineering solutions to the oil & gas, construction, and industrial sectors across Africa and beyond.
From modular fabrication and gas processing plants to full EPICOM project delivery, we combine deep technical expertise with a hands-on, client-first approach. Owned and led by senior management with decades of global experience, IPETS is built on integrity, innovation, and an unrelenting focus on safety and quality.

Peter is the visionary founder and CEO of IPETS Engineering. With a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Project Management, he brings over two decades of hands-on experience in oil & gas, modular fabrication, and energy processing facilities. A registered professional engineer and member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Peter leads the company with passion, technical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to client success.
Amaliri Ijeoma Odochi
Executive Director – Project Operations & Contracts
EMIMT, BTech Mathematics & Computer Science, PMP
Ijeoma co-founded IPETS and oversees all project delivery, contract negotiation, and administration. With more than 15 years in project management and cost control across Brass LNG, Addax Petroleum, and Topline Ltd, she applies PMI best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. She is an active member of PMI and a seasoned leader in complex energy projects.
Stephen L. Jackson
Executive Director – International Operations & Strategy
BS Mechanical Engineering (Texas A&M), Registered Engineer (West Africa, EAC, South Africa)
Stephen brings 25+ years of global engineering and energy leadership from the USA, West Africa, East Africa, Southern Africa, and Southeast Asia. He has successfully delivered multi-billion-dollar EPICOM projects, commissioned gas plants serving over 200 million people, and built strategic partnerships that uplift local communities. Passionate about operational excellence and emerging markets.
